NO RESTRICTIONS - Anyone can play even if they have not played a previous MPVA this year.

USAV Membership Required for MPVA Events
Register online by going to

then send waiver form and payment to Lakeshore Region Office (address on their website). Bring membership card or confirmation of registration to event. We will have back-up forms if needed at the event.
